Under the adhoc, services as herein described shall be provided as below
- Clean blower, blower housing, motors, pumps, pipework, ducted
- Check and log operating pressure and temperature of compressor
- Check and calibrate the capacity control module (or temperature controller) of the compressor
- Check and log entering and leaving temperature
- Check Gas pressure for system
- Check and adjust all safety and control devices
- Clean drip and condensation drains, and vacuum all drainpipes with heavy-duty industrial vacuum cleaner
- Inspect and cleaning all air filters.
- Check and grease all bearing and report on any abnormality.
- Clean & Flush & Vacuum Drainage Pipe
- Clean Condenser coil when necessary
- Clean electrical contactor with brush
- Test run system
