MONTHLY MAINTENANCE SERVICE PACKAGE ( 1 YEAR 12 TIMES)

Under the service and maintenance contract, services as herein described shall be provided as below

1. Clean blower, blower housing, motors, pumps, pipework, ducted

2. Check and log operating pressure and temperature of compressor

3. Check and calibrate the capacity control module (or temperature controller) of the compressor

4. Check and log entering and leaving temperature

5. Check Gas pressure for system

6. Check and adjust all safety and control devices

7. Clean drip and condensation drains, and vacuum all drainpipes with heavy-duty industrial vacuum cleaner

8. Inspect and cleaning all air filters.

9. Check and grease all bearing and report on any abnormality.

10. Clean & Flush & Vacuum Drainage Pipe

11. Clean Condenser coil when necessary

12. Clean electrical contactor with brush

13. Test run system
